T26E4 is a let-down

So some time ago i made a post that i where i asked some of you to help me choose between the T26E4 and the E5 , eventually i bought the E4 because it was cheaper and had preferential match making

I went into a game and went to usual heavy tank map spots , what ended up happening is people going thru my armor left and right like it was made out of butter , i tried pulling back , re-evaluating my strategy ,repositioning a bit and even being more passive , but in the end all the games i had in it were either losses where tanks kept chiseling my hitpoints and my crew members dying one by one from arty shells (for some strange reason it feels like the crew on this tank is much more vulnerable then on other tanks, i was in a situation where i got shot 3 times by a same guy and all those 3 shots took out my loader , commander and radio operator) , or victories where i struggled to get more then 500dmg because almost every tank including heavy tanks was faster then me

It became so bad that at one point in a fit of anger i wanted to sell the tank for credits , and say "fuck it" , after which i would have de-installed the game

I mean the tank in itself isnt bad but it feels so outclassed and outgunned when going into battles by other tanks that it drains my will power to live

You guys have any advice on this thing? because im all out of ideas
