I know WG, the T95/Chieftain is one of your carrots @ the end of a long stick, but I think it is way overdone.
It had its time, there is enough saturation with it throughout the Servers after 3 or so seasons, people bled their bonds to get it, but it is time to tone it down a bit.
More specifically, it makes no sense for it to have the mobility it has. So – long shot but I will take it – how about we make it as slow as it should be, e.g. faster than the S Conq but no faster than the current E5?
Will still retain the "perfect" turret and the -10 degrees, the DPM, the God soft-stats, the tiny size, the "free to move in it crew" etc, but it should not be remotely as agile as it is with the pw/wt it has.

The Chieftain Will still be the great Ridgeline HT it is, but it cannot keep up with MTs or fast RU HTs.
Instead, the versatile, fast HT with "better but not best" gun depression, should be the E5, the tank that once upon the time was advertised as one of "the fastest heavies", it had the pw/wt to "support" it like Chieftain but now it seems unable to clutch past 2nd gear and is effectively 40-50% slower…
I believe the T110E5 should be able to reach 50km/hr and reverse @ 17.
Tumor stays there, gun handling and DPM remain less than the British, depression is -8 instead of -1 and turret has a sizeable weak spot, i.e. it is nowhere close to the hull-down monster any of the RU or CN nor Brtit HTs are…but it could at least be indeed fast and more versatile, as it was supposed to be.
Breath some love into the US HT line. You brought out the Renegate which looks like a Tier 8 T110E5, and with less pw/wt almost does the above speeds. Now allow the Tier X to be that, ideally to be 10% better than that mobility wise.
