What to do with experimental equipment for competitive modes? (What to upgrade)

Hi, I was considering shoving the new experimental equipment on 2 of my tier 10 tanks to see how it goes and get them ready for whenever the fuck WG decides to drop onslaught.

I've noticed that I have 1900 components, but only completed the mission 3 times, which means that we got 1000 components for free isntead of 700, meaning we'll have a total of 2500.

The thing is, I plan to put the equipment on Vz.55 and Super Conqueror.

Vz.55 Will have the Experimental "Survival" and "Mobility", and the S.Conqueror only the Survival (cause it has way better gun handling and I'd rather put a bounty turbo to get more power to weight)

Now, we'll have enough components to get ONE piece of equipment to level 3. Or get several to level 2.

The turbo gets a signifficant buff on engine power as it levels up, but the other stats don't improve that much, so I don't know if it's better to have:

Vz. 55 -> Survival lvl 2, Mobility lvl 2

S.Conq -> Survival lvl 2.

Or

Vz. 55 -> Survival lvl 3 (or 1), Mobility lvl 2

S.Conq -> Survival lvl 1 (or 3).

Because the Survival thing does get a significant buff on all it's stats.

I'm even thinking on not upgrading any Mobility because form lvl 1 to 2 only the reverse speed gets buffed. And this way I could save components for whenever it's possible to get more, and upgrade both Survivals to level 3.
