Hey, I started playing this game when I was like, 12 years old, 10 years ago. I stopped after a few years, and now, I sometimes download the game again and play it for a few weeks/months, but then I get reminded of what this game really is. I wouldn't call myself "a gamer", because I never owned any console, I never played any story-based games or any of the "classics", and I don't get excited when a new game is coming out. I basically play tons of the same games. And I usually like games where you can infinitely improve your skill and compete with others, but mainly with yourself.
In my past 10 years of gaming, I've played tons of League of Legends, CSGO, some Valorant, Fortnite, COD: Warzone, PUBG, and .. WoT. WoT is actually the only game I just can't understand, how would someone enjoy it for a longer period of time. For me, it gets boring so quickly. I never really tryharded WoT, and I usually have a pretty good understanding of what kind of skill a game needs and how to get better. But WoT is so different. And like, I'm not someone who's new on the game or plays on low-tier tanks. I have hundreds of hours on my account.
Can someone actually tell me what they enjoy about this game? I don't mean this in a hateful way or anything, I'm really just curious. What makes you hop on this game every day and play it for a few hours. What's pushing you to get better, and not only to buy golds and basically "pay-to-win". Where's the skill difference? I know it needs game knowledge, like what armor tanks have, where to shoot, where to be on the map, etc. But is this ACTUALLY exciting to you? Thanks and I hope you're having a wonderful day! 🙂
