I haven't played the game in a month or 2, but have been keeping tabs on the major news at least. I've heard of WoT Plus being tested/introduced on the Chinese server some time ago and it looks like to be coming to the EU and NA server with the next update, including some benefits;
500 gold per week
3 excluded maps
Free demounting of equipment except Experimental Equip. of lvl 2 and 3.
Passive crew XP when not playing, with no cooldown if vehicle is switched. I can't remember how much you gain tho, or if they stated that in the first place.
The tier 8 TS-54 Heavy tank, with the ability to have any american crew in it even if they're from a different tank type, although with the TS-54's unusual crew i'm not sure how useful that is lol. But it could be a nice crew trainer for the E3 and E4.
All for €8,1, persumably per month as is common with these sorts of subscriptions, taking the 500 gold's value in euro's away (€2,25), you end up paying €5,85 per month, or €70 euro's over a year, for the remaining benefits.
I am by no means licking WG's boots, this game is a shitshow in terms of balancing and i pity the CC's that have to play this dumpster fire of a game, but this seems to me one of the stranger opinions of the community that i've heard in the last few years. Might've missed something about WoT Plus, as i haven't read everything, so let me know if i did.
Edit: forgot to mention the total cost over a year, which is €97.2
