Hi,
I'm myself relativley new to Tarkov and struggled a lot, as I would assume manye new players, with the different ammunitiontypes and whether or not I should try to extract it from a raid.
So I made a Google sheet to help me with this decision.
Here follows the explenation of the sheet and it's contents:
I put in the Info from the wiki for the different types of ammo, that mostly is pretty self explaining, and extended the chart with some columns:
Use – If you want to keep it for later use
Sell – Splittet in 'Trader' and 'Flea' based on values I got from . Blue, dotmarked entrys are banned from selling on fleamarket at the current time.
Keep – If minimum one of three other options is ticked it will automatically tick the 'Keep' cell, so never edit this cell directly, just the beforehand ones if you want to edit the data to your preferences.
How to use:
On top I put a Searchbox that filters the list if you find an ammotype and don't want to hustle through the whole thing. You just type in any part of the ammotypes name you want to search and hit enter and it should display all types that match somehow with the keywords. When the searchbox is cleared the whole data should be displayed again
The sheet contains two sheets, Database and Userinterface.
If you want to modify any of the data like f. e. what ammo you want to keep, sell or maybe update a specific value of an ammotype because of a patch, you have to do this in the Database sheet therefore that the Userinterface sheet is pulling all it's data from there.
You could also filter the list specififc in the 'Keep' column so you have a compact view of all ammotypes you want to keep when in Raid.
How to copy the Spreadsheet for own use:
The simplest is to open the link on the bottom, go on top into the 'Data' Menu and click 'create copy'.
Now you can save a copy in your own Googledrive that you can modify to your wishes (Remind 'How to use' section)
