Here's the simple solution (as long as you have Lavatory 3, that is.) The Redut-t5 "Samurai Armor" is considered by many people to be a waste of money, and a largely troll armor to ever use. But what people don't realize, is that it has the highest effective durability of any armor in the game, along with arms, stomach, and thorax protection, all class 5. Here's the kicker: it only costs about 140-170k if you craft it in your hideout. It does hinder movement and weighs a shitload, but the only thing I've ever died to wearing this is 12/70 Flechette.
6b13 Flora: ~40-50k
Ripstop x2: ~35k
Cordura x2: ~35k
Aramid x4: ~35-40k
Not counting pliers: ~150k (mid day prices)
