Good scav loot strat for newer players

I made a little under 3 million rubles in 6 or 7 scav runs just by following this general framework for runs on reserve so I figured I'd share.

Spawn in as scav, check the raid time to get an idea of how far along things are, and make your way to the building marked with the black bishop. Once inside make your way to the 3rd floor (second floor in uk and canada) and go to the room nearest to white bishop with windows facing the courtyard with the helicopter in the middle. Next jump out of the window on the far right. You'll land on an onning below you, allowing you to enter the computer room. Be careful and move quickly when you do this because people like to watch that window from other buildingsand shoot people when they jump down. Once inside take everything in the room and extract. If the room has nothing, then go get in a fight and have fun. If you got anything valuable then immediately make your way to your preferred extract. The heating pipe is my go to spot for this strat.

Might sound pretty boring to some, but its the easiest money I've made so far from a dedicated looting startegy at level 28. Ended up getting another keyring and another medcase just from those runs, with plenty of rubles to spare, so an aspiring rat might be able to make a really good early game come up with just a couple of runs if they do as I described, while keeping a level head and playing it relatively safe.
