I've seen a lot of people mentioning uncapping your FPS with nvidia, I've also seen a few people say you cannot achieve the same thing with AMD. In actuality it is just as simple as how the Nvidia users do it. I am using 19.9.2 Radeon software.
- Open radeon software (right click desktop)
- Click the gaming tab at the top left
- Then click Global Settings
- Under the global graphics settings you should see "Wait for Vertical Refresh" this is vsync. Set it to "always off"
- Now in game make sure you check the vsync box in the graphics settings(turn vsync on in game).
Voila you should have uncapped fps if your system can handle it.
I hope this can help a few people, I was looking for a reddit post on this subject and couldnt find one, so I decided to post it.
