I don't think Ive seen anyone write this up yet but for some reason recoil in tarkov is highly dependent on
fov
where you place the scope on your gun.
If you are looking to use full auto weapons, make sure you have your fov set to 75 as it will help with recoil a lot.
If you want to snipe, bring a scope in your rig or container and drop your fov to 50 when you shoot. You will get a much more clear sight picture as well as a zoomed in effect.
Finally and most importantly, you should try removing the rear sight on your gun. If you can mount your own front sight buy the MBUS front sight (not the black one it's not good when you're looking at dark stuff) and ideally remove the dust cover of your gun. I strongly recommend the AK-102, and AKS-74UB. If you follow my guide and then try to reduce the recoil its insane. At 60 recoil my ak-102 is miles better than a run of the mill MP7 at 51 recoil. But employ my tricks and it's a fucking laser.
