I like to run my mouse at 3200 DPI because of my screen resolution and size, at default windows sensitivity, for purposes of moving the cursor around the screen and doing normal computer stuff or for tarkov, inventory manipulation.
However ingame, even with the game sensitivity settings on 0.1, the sensitivity was too high, making it hard to aim properly, given how pixely all the tarkov targets are.
While setting the sensitivity to anything lower than 0.1 wasn't possible, changing the turnx, turny, lookx, looky individual sensitivities to 1.0 allowed me to set my normal sensitivity to 0.3 and have good aiming without slowing down inventory manipulation, while keeping my high DPI.
