Ingredients
- Pork pulp — 500 g.
- Turnip — 250 g.
- Potatoes — 250 g.
- Onion — 1 head
- Garlic — 3 cloves
- White port wine — 50 ml.
- Water — 250 ml.
- Seedless prunes — 100 g.
- Honey — 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp.
- Cilantro or dill — 20 g.
How to cook Turnip stew (Valheim)
- Cut the pork pulp into large dices and fry in vegetable oil in a deep stewpan until a brown color; then add finely chopped onions and continue to fry together for another five minutes, then pour in the white wine and simmer for several minutes.
- Add the coarsely chopped turnips and potatoes, pour in water and put prunes. Cover the stew with a lid and braise meat until about an hour.
- Five minutes before readiness, add honey, salt and pepper . Sprinkle pork stew with turnip with finely chopped cilantro or dill. Then serve immediately.
