I had an issue with recieving VERIFICATION CODES from their Website Login Server, so i couldn´t get my NY Gift and the Drops.
(which was early December 19 when i wrote support)

This stacked up, i still don´t get VERIFICATION CODES, but the Support answered, which resulted in an account review, which also made my game ask for another VERIFICATION CODE, which dosn´t appear. While my email never changed, i now have to invent time travel and get a screenshot from 2 years ago, simply checking my payment credentials wasn´t even an option.

now my acc is blocked,

tl,dr: Contacted Support(Dec) about problems with recieving codes, while my email never changed and no access from new hardware appeared other than upgrading HW 2x, my acc got blocked out now due to not getting VC (verif. codes). wow.

While i had no problems with not recieving gifts and Christmas Drops and so on…

not beiing able to play on a weekend,does hurt my feels 🙁
