Check out the new AMD Ryzen Chipset driver… feels smoother to me…

Ever since upgrading to 5800 x3d CPU my framerate is consistently good now, locked to monitor max 75fps which is perfectly good for me… but there were still some rare micro stutters in random places even just exploring (especially approaching dark textured planetary terrains – and head tracking smoothness), since updating I am not noticing it so much – but not sure if it is just a placebo affect at play. Interested to see what others find.

Chipset Drivers often include:
– power profile enhancements (better stability and/or power usage)
– core scheduling improvements (especially on the X3D CPUs)
– TPM fixes, some of the problems with TPM can result in stuttering
– PCIE/USB stability fixes
– security fixes

here's an example of some of the recent changelogs:
Stability improvements
Fix for BSOD during S4 when AMD USB4 CM is involved
Fixed low SW/HW DRIPS issue observed during stress test

You have to look at the "package contents" section.
