CN server have 1800 quota of CW tanks(3800 for bids).

8 of Top 10 clans have been banned, all these clan members got 7 days ban, about 1000+ players lost their chieftain.
about 500 players are boosted, rest of them are real high skilled players, most of boost service are from top streamers in CN wot community (Huya, douyu) . the streamers didn't stream during CW days to avoid ban, but it seems useless.
chieftain is first time released in CN server, boost price is about 8000-10000 CNY(about 1300-1600 USD)
ban's reasons are game-rigging and declared boosting.
after ban wave, the lowest point to get CW tanks is 1040, maybe the lowest in the histroy
