Tarkov Slow Loading Fix

I like several others have had issues with super slow loading times this wipe (from 1 min to 3 – 4 mins) with no obvious cause or reason.

After trying many many things that never helped, I have finally found an actual fix. I now can load into a fast as fast as 30s after starting to load loot.

I'm running an older intel system (5930K & X99) so maybe it wont work for everyone but hopefully it helps some of you.

I did the following:

• Go to Device Manager, look for "High Precision Event Timer" listed under the System Devices category. Right click this and choose disable. Reboot the PC.

• Open up command prompt as admin and enter the following "bcdedit /enum" and press enter.

• Look for something like "useplatformclock Yes". If you see this then enter "bcdedit /deletevalue useplatformclock" and reboot Windows.

*Run "bcdedit /enum" again and you hopefully shouldn't have a userplatformclock entry.

Assuming you don't have the entry anymore, test Tarkov.
