Compilation of bugs, workarounds, UI and gameplay suggestions and improvements

I've been trying to keep track of the main gameplay and UI annoyances, suggestions and bugs logged on the issue tracker that have still not been resolved (from my POV I realise there are many more!) – and that have often "expired" in the issue tracker to my endless annoyance after 11 updates.

Have a gander and discuss – and if you are a lurker in a position of leverage please forward on to the powers that be or support staff. It also includes a few workarounds to bugs too.

My whole ethos is to suggest lower effort improvements, leveraging existing assets, avoiding massive wishful thinking that would require extensive years-long rework of existing or entirely new functionality (e.g. ship-wide interiors with related gameplay etc). As much as we would all love something bonkers I'm trying to keep down to earth (ha! puns!).

As exploration gameplay is one of my main chillout activities, a lot of the suggestions are geared around that, aiming to live up to the dictionary definition – and what I think was missed by the focus on on foot pew pews.

– AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.60 GHz on X570 mobo

– RAM 32.0 GB @ 3200

– AMD Radeon RX 6800 with 16GB VRAM

– Display: Freesync 2560 x 1080 @ 75hz with Tobii 5 head tracking
