Got occasional blotchy, oversaturated and/or Moiré pattens on planet surfaces? FIXES

I found a fix for the occasional oversaturated planets – delete the SteamLibrarysteamappscommonElite DangerousProductselite-dangerous-odyssey-64GraphicsConfiguration.xml file and then revalidate game files to download a fresh version of the file. When I did this 4 other missing files were reported as needing re-downloading.

Previously, no matter what the setting in the game or config files, and even restarting without making any changes would give me blotchy oversaturated surfaces as shown here

I haven't seen this since.

For the Moiré issue – set Terrain Material Quality down to medium to prevent Moire patterns as shown here https://www.reddit.com/r/eliteexplorers/comments/rkxqys/woohoo_found_a_workaround_for_the_moir%C3%A9_pattern/

Might be useful to other cmdrs.
