These people are exploting game mechanic, abusing matchmaking and ruining the experience of the rest of the players. They abuse dota plus (Abusing Dota plus leveling up heroes to level 30 in just 2 or 3 days), guild points etc.

If you guys see the games last no more than 11 minutes, this is because they are exchanging (trading) victories, the losing team helps the winning team to do their dota plus missions and level up arcana like QOP, CM, WK, WR etc. In the next game the team that won in the first game goes to lose in the second game and now they help the other team.
Now I will show you screenshots where it shows that they are always the same players in party, where you can clearly see the abuse of matchmaking.

And finally in these last 4 images you can see that he level up a hero to level 30 in one day/game, abusing matchmaking in a game of 3 hours, again with the same players and in party all the 10 players.
