I have never known any game to ban someone for using a VPN, I used a VPN one time not even thinking it would be a problem and got a 24 hour suspension which is honestly fine I didn't really care about that I could just wait for it to be done and make sure to comply to the ToS the next time I hopped on. A couple days later I felt like playing Fortnite again so I made sure my VPN was disabled and lo and behold I'm banned indefinitely??? Since when did wanting to simply be safe online become a bannable offense? I understand that in some games people use VPNs/proxys to get into "easier" lobbies but that wasn't my intent, I keep my VPN on normally because I've receive DDoS attacks and I don't feel like having my internet shut off because someone got mad in a game. I reached out to the support team and tried to appeal it and to no avail they basically just said I'm out of luck and they can't even discuss the matter with me. I'm just confused how a 24 hour suspension can be turned into an indefinite ban without even launching the game the second time around.
