To give some background, I mostly play ED to hunt space pirates in HighRes zones so I can solo play without having to deal with engineering grinds. Once I figured out how to stack bounty missions, I was able to have fun buying and testing out different ships.
I’ve been hot for the Fed Corvette for some time now, and decided to suck it up and try the Fed Rank grind for it, and I’m two ranks away from Rear Admiral, but I’m now dead inside, and find myself stepping away from the game for months at a time. I’ve tried all the guides I can find, and I get the grind is grindy, but none of the guides seem relevant anymore.
The gameplay loops for trading and mining are also just not for me. Any advice for this almost #overit Commander that would speed up this grind even just a little would be greatly appreciated.
