Epic Games refuses to give me my account back

My Gmail was hacked and in doing so my steam and epicgames got hacked. When i found out i reached out to steam and epic games both to trying to get my accounts back.

Steam got my account back in a few hours. While epic games didnt even reply. And when they did replyed they asked me My IP address, My oldest invoices, the accounts usernames linked to my epic games account and the last 4 digits of my card amongst other things.

I gave them everything they asked but couldnt give them my oldest invoice as that was made in 2018 and my gmail after the attack was completely empty. (All my mails were deleted)

I managed to scavenge two invoices i made from PSN and a bank statement proving that i bought Ac vallhalla and watch dogs legion.

I gave them soo much information but they still didnt get me my account back

I tried my best to contact them but they kept on closing my tickets until one of them told me that they were not going to help.

I have spent a lot of money on that account and i dont want to lose it forever.
