Escape From Tarkov: Is anyone suffering from new Audio Inconsistency issues?

I know the game has been suffering from constant audio glitches, such as 'Vertical audio', 'Sound Spiking' and various other problems. These issues for me are annoying but I got used to them and/or put up with them for now until they patch it.

However, I've noticed recently that the audio in my game is acting really inconsistent in different ways. For example, I was in a night raid and a scav voice lined right next to me while searching a bin, I actually leapt out my seat it took me by suprise so badly, I never heard him move near me, not one footstep. I hid behind a tree and waited a few second and then as I peaked he had disappeared. I thought maybe he glitched and disappeared but I saw him moving away, and once again I was in disbelief, I didn't hear ONE footstep from him the whole time.

And another issue I've noticed lately are bullet impacts. I just got killed on woods (and once last week) where someone was shooting at me, yet when I got hit by the player there was no impact sound, my character just shuddered, made a whimper and then I noticed my body icon was flashing red at the top left, a couple seconds later after I realised I was being shot THEN the bullet snaps and whiz's start kicking in, by which point it was too late. I'm wondering if it's maybe a side effect of the Patch they recently just put out that address desync issues which might be the problem, however that wouldn't make sense to me because it's registering that I'm being hit just fine it just seemingly isn't processing the correct audio.

Is anyone else having this issue?
