Friend False Banned on Tarkov, Not on Banlist, New Account Also Banned

My friend SugarMuch was recently falsely banned on Tarkov on March 16th, 2023. https://imgur.com/a/iXX2il5 He is not on any of the ban lists (which makes me think he might have gotten falsely banned during the whole trey24k anti-cheat discord stuff). He has been playing the game for quite some time (over a year) and has never had any issues like this before in any of the games we have played together over the years: CoD, Apex, Valorant, Rust, and many other games we have dabbled in over the years. If it was an FPS, we probably played it together for a few hundred hours.

He purchased another copy of the game from the EFT website in an attempt to play the game again, but as soon as he logged into the launcher with the new account, it said the new account was banned as well.

He has tried to contact Battlestate Games support, but they have not responded to him except with automated messages which provide no help at all.

He also purchased a new computer and received it on 12/20/22 and was able to play much better without frame drops/freezes due to his old PC having old/outdated hardware.

Since his false ban happened on March 16th, I did some looking around on Reddit and Twitter and I've found others that were banned around the same time that also are not on any of the banlists and claim they didn't do anything either.

This is a serious issue that some innocent players are possibly being falsely punished.

I am posting this in the hopes that it will get Battlestate Games' attention. I want them to know that there is something fishy going on with their ban system.

All I'm asking for is for someone to please take a few minutes and look into what i am saying i truly do believe that my friends ban was 100% a false ban.

I also want to let other players know that they are not alone. If you may have been falsely banned, please do not give up. Keep trying to contact Battlestate Games support and post any details about your ban below post the time/date and name of your acct and help spread awareness as well if you've been hit by a possible false ban and your acct also isn't on any of the banlists.
