How to understand if someone is scripting or just good? Overwatch help

Arc is reported for scripting/hacking

All I can figure out from my low-skilled eyes is that this Arc's micro is rather good, but this guy's view seems to snap to enemy throne rather quickly and erratically. At first I thought dude has maphack but in overwatch it doesn't look like he's looking at a hero or anything. Only the enemy throne. Every single time.

Plus his midas and spell casts are pretty fast while switching between the clone and main, but I think we could attribute that to clone group key and quickcasts?

Arc spammers might be able to help me out here, is this just an average Ancient player (or smurf) playing Arc, or is there some hacks going on?

I'm too noob to know how high level Arcs play, please help

Edit 2: I put insufficient evidence. Camera movements were janky as hell but mouse clicks seemed fine.
