HP G2 blurs when play Elite

Hi. I just picked up my new HP G2 V2 headset, which I bought especially for ET.

My PC:
Intel core i7-12700k
Geforce RTX 308012gb
32GB RAM.

Everything works fine in 4k, but there is a problem. When I am at the dock station, everything can be seen perfectly, but when I move the ship the image blurry and it seems to jump slightly, the same when I make a quick turn of the head, close elements in the ship, such as the joystick, blur and jump as if in place.

I've read that it might be a matter of getting used to VR, but I've had an Oculus Rift S before and on a much worse PC than it is now, and I haven't experienced such problems.
I tried different graphics settings from low to high and it doesn't change anything, I also checked other games like DSC and there is a similar problem.

Maybe is it normal for this headset? Or anyone know how to fix this? I would be very grateful.
