Hands down the biggest effect the recoil changes of the past two wipes have made, is that stock weapons, even 5.45 AK's, are completely unviable a few weeks after a wipe. I think best in slot builds are in a near perfect state recoil wise, minus maybe the MCX. However, the the gap between stock and best in slot weapons is in the worst state its ever been.
When i mean unviable, I mean that the recoil is so ridiculously high that you cannot hit a target 20 yards away with full auto fire. Of course any gun in the game can shoot anyone in the face, that's not what I'm talking about.
I miss the days of being able to throw a JMAC muzzle break and a butt pad on an AKM and having it actually be decent in close quarters. I miss being able to run cool FDE or MK-18 M4 builds that were actually useable in full auto. i miss being able to build guns for aesthetics and actually having it be USEABLE.
That's not even mentioning how much harder it is for a new player to start a couple months into the wipe than it was a year ago.
