Idea for FDev: how to avoid relogging mechanics during materials grind.

We already have raw material generation on planet surface. Also, we have random points of interest generation (non-constant POIs). So, idea is simple – why not to add some salvage POIs where we can find manufactured materials and data? Like some crashed ships, abandonned surface mining sites, maybe some random scrap from orbit, where we can find 5-8 manufactured materials. All FDev have to do is adjust spawn rates of this type POIs (more populated system = more frequent POIs).

I know that Dav's hope is still faster in terms of spent time, but this relogging mechanics is just stupid. Also, salvage sites mechanics makes SRV and surface exploring more viable.

To reduce randomness of materials that can be found in these sites – generation system may be connected to star system economic type and its state and so on.

For example: 1-3 grade materials and sites where it can be found are frequently generated (like how Bronzite Chondrite are generated). And 4-5 grade materials is relatively rare (like how Outcrops are generated). And in terms of raw vs manufactured POIs, more populated systems must have manufactured mats priority (space junk from orbit, crashed ships, abandonned surface mining sites).

TLDR: non-constant surface points of interest in populated space where we can find manufactured materials of all grades in adequate numbers. I know this mechanics already exist, but it need to be tweaked.
