Looking for a persistent Valheim server preferrably in Russia/Europe with friendly roleplayish settlers and a vacant place

Hey, fellow Vikings!

I'm an amateur Valheim player with about 200 in-game days and just after defeating the second boss.

I currently feel like I want not just exploring my own world, but rather participating in some existing one. I'd like to see some economics happening, other players building their bases as well, helping each other etc.

Are there good options out there?

I'd prefer friendly coop, maybe even a bit roleplay-vibe communities. Personally I want to try a role of a lightskeeper – building lighthouses/beacons helping navigation, maintain them, put wood in their fireplaces, etc. I won't be able to put much time in game though – probably around an hour per day.

I've tried (successfully) putting my world on an external server – to play together with my friend. But while I can probably pay the monthly fee, it feels like an overkill – and still gonna miss much life going on.

Any suggestions?
