Nikitia : We were testing the new ban system and decided to automaticly ban by certain criterias, we send a 400 player ban wave and for some reason 20-25 poeple who were playing maybe in a raid with RMT player or for other reason got the message that they were banned. Then I immediatly got called (from the streamer) and told me to solve the problem. I started to check and noticed that he wasn't banned; so I just told him to restart the game. Then he restarted and everything got normal. A bug or something happened like this to approximativly 20 poeple, and non of them were banned, (they just needed to restart the game). And immdiatly people started to yell that they were falsely banned on forums…
