Should players be banned for abusing the Flea Market?

This morning, I was buying some 7.62X54R T-46M gzh before an SVDS run at Factory. I nearly purchased the ammo at the top of my flea market but thankfully realized they were listed at around 14,000 rubles a piece. I added the player that listed them as a friend, and they added me back. Here's the conversation:

Them: who this

Me: wanted to make fun of you for selling 14k rubles for 1 round of t-46m gzh

Them: LMFAOOOO

Them: MAKE FUN OF ME?

Them: bruh it's a "scam" i've been doing for over 2 weeks now

Them: works with 7.62 ps ammo all 7.62×51 ammo

Me: cringe

Them: it's all calculated and works almost everytime unless I forget to extend the offer, someone bought half of it anyways

Them: the fee was 950k and I made 1.5mil from it

Them: I should of made 3mil but forgot to extend the offer

Them: so fuck off and be poor

This is clearly an admission of abusing the flea market, no different than using bugs like hiding under map or being invisible to your advantage in raid. It seems like players should be penalized if not straight up banned for crazy abuse of the flea market. This player is obviously attempting to deceive other players to take the money that others had to grind for. Gameplay like this feels cheap and like total bullshit, and I honestly hope there is a feature at some point where you can report people like this. I get that the buyer should be aware of the prices they pay but this still feels like a violation of integrity and against the spirit of Tarkov.
