Solution to the recoil problem

    As everyone knows recoil in this game is horrible. From the automatic recoil control to semi-auto 5.56 shooting like 7.62 it has its problems. 

    Here is where i propose my solution. We reduce the recoil of the base guns back to the old HK, VAL, SA-58 spam days (I use 12.10 for an exaple with the HK, but any wipe before 12.11's recoil change should work too). 

    Now your probably thinking, "this dosent fix anything and it makes no sense" well here is the second part. You make the recoil dependant on the ammo your using. 

    Lets take an HK from 12.10 with M995 and make it have the same recoil of an HK from 12.12.30 with M855. The current recoil we have should be restricted to armor piercing bullets. 

    This makes recoil for early wipe like it should, and you cant spam 60 rounds of M995 into the same pixel of your screen. The best of both worlds.
