Strange pattern texture on ICY PLANET (AMD problem?)

I recently replaced my NVIDIA 1070 card with AMD Gigabyte RX 6700 XT OC 12GB and noticed a strange pattern in the texture on the surface of the Icy planets.

This strange rendering was never present with the NVIDIA card.

I have already re-installed the drivers by doing a complete cleanup and disabling all the advanced features of the card but the problem persists.

I suspect there are problems with the new AMD cards and their rendering.
