Things Odyssey could learn from Sea Of Thieves

I might be dreaming there but as I play both games often, I realized some aspects of Sea Of Thieves could work so well with Odyssey gameplay loop. Quick list:

– In Sea of Thieves each member of the crew can do anything on the ship. I think this should be the case in ED with multicrew. Allow your partner to control the ship if needed, and plot courses etc.

– When you do a quest in SoT you will often find random messages spawning and leading you to another quest. Some enemies can ramdomly appear, give you loot and give you quests when defeated. This is something ED desperately needs, especially with Odyssey so we can connect on foot gameplay with space gameplay.

– The randomness of SoT is what makes each adventure fun, cause you will encounter random enemies, random treasures, random quests and each time it will reward you. ED could implement this, make enemies randomly drop some loot (engineering mats for example) or data log that leads to another quest close to the one you're doing.
