Thoughts on length of Scav Raid?

So, I'm curious what the community thinks of the scav raid length as the title says.

Personally, I do not think it is balanced towards the way the game is supposed to be played and I'll give you two reasons.

  1. If a scav is supposed to be the guy that cleans up the rest of the gear on the map, then why do we receive 10-15 minutes in raids such as Woods. While other maps tend to have player scavs spawn in much sooner and aren't nearly as large. When you spawn in woods as scav, the majority of your time spent is running to the extract and you get minimal amount of time to actually loot anything. I don't scav shoreline much but I'd imagine the same problem would occur. This also makes a larger discrepancy between the maps because the amount of loot on each one is not the same (looking at you lighthouse).
  2. IMO this completely destroys the idea of Scav karma and scavs working together to fight PMCs. Most PMCs leave the map within the first 15 minutes of the raid. So the idea of actually teaming up with other scavs is completely ridiculous. It is actually worse to team up with other scavs on a server with no PMCs left as the main point is to scrum up all the loot you can, but with teammate this requires you to divide up the loot, and with no PMCs left, theres not really much of a profit for the scavs that have to do this.

These are just my personal opinions and I'm wondering if any of you agree/disagree or have any other opinions based on the length of the scav raid time.
