So I spent the money and time to grind Weapon Maintenance Skill to Elite using the new Weapon Repair Kits. The Elite Skill, if you were unaware, states that there is "No wear during a repair." What this meant last wipe, was that if you had a weapon that was 98/100 durability, and you repaired it, instead of going to 98.7/98.7, it would go back to full 100/100 durability.
Well, I tested it. The Elite Skill text doesn't actually apply. Elite Weapon Maintenance does NOT repair weapons any differently than a normal Level 0 Weapon Maintenance player would get. It is as broken as the Air Filtering Unit and Library.
EDIT: I do plan on compiling my evidence and reporting it to BSG today so that they can fix it.
EDIT x2: Reported via launcher. I will also be contacting a Sherpa friend of mine to see if it can be sent up faster.
