After quite long break from Oddysey due to bad first experiences, I decided to check what is a game state now and how it runs.
I had a simple mission to deliver some package to some person on some settlement but when I've arrived to the place, it was impossible to interact with package receiver. Interact button didn't work, interact icon next to the name didn't show and I couldn't figure out what the hell I have to do.
Am I doing something wrong or this DLC is still unplayable alpha version?
