He’s underpowered. Here is my take at his buff.
Silence should make the opponent unable to switch weapons. Could also maybe make them unable to use healing items, although idk about that one.
Passive needs faster climbing (upgrade from 25% faster to 30%? dunno maybe 25 is already fast enough) and most importantly he does not slow down when climbing walls. Crouch walking speed is already good enough. Another thing, maybe revenant will say something like “I hear a skin suit” to himself if an opponents footsteps can be heard? His teammates would not hear it, (or maybe they could) kind of like Wraith’s passive.
As for his ultimate, either one of two things. 1: Your shields are not disabled, or 2: you spawn back with full health. The fact it can be destroyed is also kind of shit, but Idk if I would change that, seems fair enough
