ELC even 90 needs a buff

The tank has completely fallen out of the meta,Now i know it is a tank supposed to be played in a very specific style (sitting in a bush)but that doesnt even work for it.(I enjoy the tank and its the tank I have to most battles in.)

Currently i run a BIA, camo, and recon crew with net, bond vents, food and binocs and while i cannot get spotted from range, proxy spotting makes this tank a no-go on any smaller/corridor map.

Its gun isn't supposed to be used offensively but it has no chance in defensive either, its awful in literally everything, aim time, reload, damage, accuracy, pen.

Due to its lower view range it is pretty much forced to use optics/binocs but due to its campy nature and crappy gun it already wastes a slot on either a net/exhaust and vents, no real flexible loadouts

Its whole thing is that it is supposed to sit in dangerous spots but it is too slow to get there due to its bad p/w and acceleration (also again proxy spotting gets you killed way too often)

Many maps are also horrible for light tanks, corridors are fun for heavies and mediums but no one else

So some buffs that the tank could use:
-literally any improvement on the gun-better power to weight/top speed-base view range buff (just make it max viewrange with BIA)
-since WG isn't afraid to put gimmicks on tanks maybe an immunity to proxy spotting while stationary?
-HP improvement
Anybody else have any good suggestions or maybe feel different about it?
