I recently upgraded my rig to house a 3080 and couldn't understand why playing at 1440p and 144hz wot was looking terrible with frame stutter and feeling sluggish.
I then noticed that my GPU was using 99% usage when playing wot at ultra which really shouldn't be happening.
Anyway, to fix the issue simply untick the 'Dynamic adjustment' box and problem solved. Leave the slider at 100%
I don't know why this setting screws with it so much, but now that it's off I have no constant stutter and my GPU usage is back in normal ranges and everything is butter as it should be.
It might do nothing to help others but if you are suffering from the same issue, this could be your answer.
For reference I am using a Gsync monitor with gsync and vsync enabled outside of the game. No other game had this issue of overusing the GPU.
