Hacked account – WG error ( 2 time in row)

Greeting.

I decided to write a post here because WG has not decided to answer my ticket for 4 days.

Sometime in 2019 after I stopped playing tanks for a few months, I tried to log in and I noticed an error that the account with that email address does not exist and that the entire account has been transferred and the other email and name has been changed. After I looked, I noticed that the email address was hacked and that the user had access to certain information for a period of maybe 6 monts. The entire time the account was secured via phone number and SMS code, but WG miraculously removed my phone number and gave another person authority over the entire account.

After that, I submitted the information to WG when the account was created, the first email address, phone number, city, internet provider, paypal payments and similar things, and after 10 days of transferring the account to my ownership, then to the ownership of that other person, and so on, I received back account.

And now after 3 years the same thing is happening, my account where I play somethime whas transferred to another person, my phone number, my email address and everything else was removed. I did not receive any information either by email or on the phone that someone tried to access my account, the email was not hacked so that other person did not have access to any information

I checked my email address and no one accessed it except me, I never received the sms code ., and the account was secured with 2FA, and I just have the back up codes written in the book.

In the game I see that the user is online and has been playing for 4 days without any problems while I have no access to the account. Again, I note that the account had protection via a phone number, but by some miracle wg ignored it, removed that protection, changed the email address and gave my account to another person.

I sent a ticket to wg 4 days ago with all account information and details, but wg still hasn't responded. I'm not so much interested in the account, but the simple matter of how WG can so easily remove my email address, phone number and everything else and transfer the entire account to another person.

I'm not posting here to expect any help, I simply want to say what can happen with your WG account.
