Top of the tree / On Track tracker and analysis

I saw the post made by u/MoJoNoJoe about predicting On Tracks (https://www.reddit.com/r/WorldofTanks/comments/imvddv/google_sheet_top_of_the_tree_on_track_history_and/)
Really liked it and think that I can make it more automated, and here's what I came up with:

I made the trackers show overdue tanks as highlighted in red, counters of occurrence in green, added tank debut dates for new tanks as well.

Next step is to include the Russian server into the list as well.
