My suggestion is that rewards should be achievable from playing both the game modes and random battles.
Now hear me out, before you start gunning for the "hur dur if you don't like it, don't play it".
You're right, for the most part I don't like these alternative modes.
I log into WoT to play WoT, to play 15v15 tank battles. It's as simple as that.
If I wanted to play a battle royal, I'd play a battle royal and the same for a racing game.
But I'm not saying the modes shouldn't exist! Not all, and I'm glad so many are enjoying them.
However, if the rewards for these modes are directly related to Random Battles and not the mode itself, then you should be able to win them by playing Random Battles.
My point is, something like a crap ton of bonds, credits, zero-skill crew members and even gold affect only the actual game and they're insanely useful for non-premium players (hell even premium-players).
If you happen to not like the game mode, but the rewards are absolutely necessary, all it leads to is people playing them disgruntledly.
I don't know, is this too crazy of an idea? Am I alone on this one?
I was imagining something as simple as the Marathons where you can complete missions in two different ways.
