WG’s marketing strategy behind the black market

The black market is, in my opinion, a very smart and easy way for WG to get money.

In the beginning they start to sell rare premium tanks for credits, something they (as far as I know) never did before. On this way free to play players are able to get rare premium tanks without paying real money. I think that's great.

Today at 6:00 o'clock a rare, old and very strong tier 3 premium tank got sold on the black market. Within 50 minutes more than 14000 of this little beasts got sold for 3.5 million credits each.

The event is so appreciated by the community that many people all over Europe started their computers before work / school just to get a tier 3 premium tank for credits.

Now by the end of the week lots of players don't have many credits left and WG is just hoping for that moment.

The last two offers will contain rare tanks that everyone wants for a very high amount of credits, which no one has because they bought other tanks before. In that time WG will release special offers in the premium market containing gold and lots of credits.

Now I guess that many players will buy this packages just to get this last rare offer for credits.

In the end WG managed to get so much money with nearly no afford and just a smart idea.

What do you guys think of this?
