Which overall gun handling would you consider as the better choice?

Context: I am recently experimenting with different builds on the KPZ 50t as despite the gun beeing quite good on paper – I miss so many shots when just slightly moving the reticle on wiggling targets or weakspots.

I know the tank is not Leo1 accurate – but I think its fair to say that a 0.26 or .028 dispersion is far from being bad.

With the different factors in the overall calculation I just wonder if its better to start with a better disperision but, have a "bigger" malus on moving the reticle. Or start with the slightly worse dispersion, but improved malus on reticle movement?

Build on the left is BVents, Bounty IA, BRammer

Build on the right is BVents, BVStab, BRammer
