AMD optimization, this is what has worked best for me.

This will require some tinkering in your BIOS which I will also attach YouTube videos with to explain how to do it.

The first thing in BIOS will be turning on DOCP (Direct Overclocking Profile) for RAM this will allow your ram to run at its advertised speed if it is over 2666mhz. This is basically the same setting as XMP (Extreme Memory Profile) within Intel BIOS. I have an Asus Mobo and just run profile 1 which is a default setting to run at advertised speed of the ram. DOCP/XMP Video

This is where it starts to get a bit more complicated with turning on SAM (Smart Access Memory) which allows your CPU and GPU to communicate faster. I know that this does require new gen CPU's I have the 5800X3d. You will need to go into advanced BIOS settings and go into Boot where you will change the settings from CSM (Compatibility Support Module) to UEFI which is the modern day standard. CSM is an emulator to allow your computer to run legacy software. Once you have this set go into PCI Subsystem where you turn on Above 4g Decoding and Resize Bar is enabled/auto. My computer specs, Ryzen 7 5800X3d, Asus Rog 6900XT, 64gb 3600mhz Ram, Monitor MSI Artymis 1440p 27" Curved 165hz, and in game settings are:

Texture Quality- High

Shadows- Low

Object LOD- 2

Overall Visibility- 1000

Anti-aliasing- TAA

FSR 1.0, FSR 2.0, HBAO, SSR- Off

I have high quality color and Streets Low Texture both turned on.

One last change I forgot is you will want to go into AMD Adrenalin, got to performance, Tuning, Custom (Manual Tuning) GPU fan tuning and enable it and turn off Zero RPM fan. This was the very first step of optimizing I made and saw a 4 to 5 fps increase with just this as it keeps the fans on at all times not allowing the cpu to idle with fans off keeping it cooler and more efficient. Zero Fan

Hopefully this is helpful and if more clarification is needed just let me know I am running on a couple hours of sleep and haven't even had my first cup of coffee yet.
