Well with wipe being right here I decided to make an interactive spreadsheet, for those looking to get their quests done.
It contains every quest in the game according to the wiki with direct links to each quest so you can see in further detail. It shows each chain and what is required to unlock each quest etc. There is a list at the bottom for all CURRENT items for the Collector quest, I assume this will change with new items in 12.11 but I will update that as either I find or the community notifies me of them.
