I want to put together a small to mid sized group for a Valheim Semi- RP dedicated server

So as many players of survival games know, there is a large amount of role play servers out there due to the complete freedom these games bring. Games like Minecraft, Conan Exiles, 7DtD, and many others make it easy for gamers to make their own worlds the way they want them. I am a huge fan of survival rp servers, but here is my problem when trying to find them. Either they are lawless and its not even fun to try and start less you team up with an already OP group, or the rp is so detailed they basically hand you a damn novel that's required knowledge before you can join. I've also tried to make my own servers before, but move straight to opening the server, and then hoping, and it never works, so I'd like to try a different approach.

I want to find a bunch of like minded people, who enjoy a very easy going rp without 100 rules, where we can just enjoy the time on the server, build, and work together. I haven't even tried hashing out any details yet because my hope is to find these people, bring them together, and then talk with everyone to build the basis idea for the server. Again, until enough interested parties come together, there wont be a server, just a group of kind, like minded people wanted to play Valheim. I'm hoping this idea takes off, or at least pulls enough attention to make it a reality, because I really miss having a group of people to just play a game with and have fun pretending, instead of being held back by hundreds of rules and "Lore requirements".

Last little thing, I'm wanting this group to have a more adult mindset, to many times have I been in these kinds of server or groups and had some squeaker of a child screaming at me because "that's mine" or something equally small and avoidable. It would be nice to have people who can easily talk about issues that may arise in a mature way. Hopefully ya'll get my meaning. Anyway, I hope to hear from someone soon, sorry for the long post!
