EDCoPilot has the ability to plot course for a selected system. You can either click a system name from the bookmark or search result panels, or set course to a location using voice commands, and EDCoPilot will open the Galaxy Map and plot the course for you.
New users do have occasional issues getting this configured to work. If you are having problems, try the steps in this article to see if they resolve your problem:
