- .366 AP – 90 damage, 42 pen, at Mechanic LL3, 120 rounds/reset
- 9×19 7n31 – 52 damage, 39 pen, at Prapor LL4, 90 rounds/reset
- 9×19 AssQuaker – 85 damage, 8 pen, at Peacekepper LL2, 200 rounds/reset
- .45 AP – 70 damage, 36 pen, at Peacekeeper LL3
- M993 – 67 damage, 70 pen, (FIR only?)
- 40mm GL Buckshot – 121 damage/pellet with 15 pellets and a spread so large you won't hit anything. FIR only.
.366 AP
.366 AP loses enough damage through level 4 armor that it can't one tap the chest, which now has 85 HP. This makes the VPO-215 identical in performance against armor as a mosin with 7n1. The VPO-215 is basically a better mosin unless you're shooting 200m+. Much cheaper, lighter, better optic mounts, detachable magazines, faster bolt cycling, etc. The VPO-209 is a better vepr hunter for the same reasons, once you have access to .366 AP.
85 Chest HP:
Obviously some rounds can no longer 1 tap unarmored thorax without fragmenting. M80 and LPS GZH come to mind. However, these rounds were already unable to one tap through level 3 or better armor due to damage reduction taking the damage below 80. So this really only buffs unarmored players and scavs.
Some high end rounds such as M995/BS that were barely able to 2 tap the thorax previously, now require 3 hits. Again however, this was already true though if the target was wearing level 4+ armor, due to damage reduction it would take 3 hits. Now it's 3 hits whether you're unarmored or in level 4 or 5 armor.
I can't think off the top of my head any meta/commonly used rounds where this change matters when shooting players with armor.
Due to the way damage spreads from blacked out limbs, the health change doesn't really increase TTK at all either.
The 85 Chest HP change is just a buff to unarmored players and scavs
